Parties and Private Events
On booking your party with Painting Smiles they will send you a confirmation outlining the details of your event.
To confirm your booking, a £15 non-returnable deposit must be paid to Painting Smiles within 7 days. Should this payment not be made then they reserve the right to cancel the booking.
The artiste(s) will arrive atleast 10 minutes prior to their start time in order to set-up their products and equipment.
Parking fees, if applicable, will be reflected in your price. Please inform Painting Smiles at the time of booking if this is the case. For permit located areas, please arrange for a car parking space for the artiste.
If more guests than previously anticipated wish to be worked on it will be left to the discretion of the artiste(s) as to whether they can be accommodated or not, depending on other commitments.
Painting Smiles artiste(s) cannot work on anyone with a skin disease or disorder, or anyone who is under the influence of alcohol and will have a disclaimer clearly displayed relating to the effect.
After packing away their products and equipment they will be unable to re-set up again should a late-comer arrive to the party.
Cancellation of the party by the customer must be given 7 days prior to the event in order to prevent being charged a 75% non-fulfilment fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the party will be liable for payment in full, unless a suitable arrangement for a date transfer can be made.
Painting Smiles maintain a high standard of work with quality staff, professional products and follow a strict code of practice. We will arrive at your venue ready to perform, fully equipped and insured with public liability and employers liability.
